Yes, finally after 4 months with the same new years layout! RBD Rocks! (www.rbdrocks.org and www.rbdrocks.com) has a new layout! I used several Flash Elements, for the Intro and Header. I used rough textures and a grungy look to go with RBD’s latest Album, Empezar desde Cero. The layout is also based on their newest music video! Please visit the site and see the new layout!
