Want your chance to see Spike TV’s Scream Awards live and in person? Well, here’s your chance! Apparently you can get yourself some TICKETS to the show if you act now!

For the last few years the people at Spike TV have honored the worlds of Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror and COMIC BOOKS with their very own awards show. Spike TV’s Scream Awards are the must-see event of the year as stars from Movies, Television, Horror Fantasy and yes, Comic Book superstars descend upon the open- air Greek Theater in Griffith Park Los Angeles.

Comic-Con has been involved with the Scream Awards since it’s beginning and has chosen this event to present its prestigious Comic-Con Icon award to an individual or group that has brought comic books and the popular arts to a wider audience.

Ben Affleck and Jessica Alba presented the first Comic-Con Icon award to Frank Miller in 2006. Last year, Seth Rogen presented the award to Neil Gaiman and this year…well, that’s still a surprise.

Getting a ticket to the Scream Awards is almost impossible as none are for sale. It’s an invitation-only event.

But this year, if you’re a past Comic-Con attendee and you live in the Los Angeles area (or are planning to visit), and you’re 18 or older —YOU’RE INVITED!

Comic-Con has teamed with Spike TV to allow the first 500 people who sign up the golden opportunity to attend this night of comic book superheroes, movie, and television stars and some of the best and wildest in musical performances. It all happens on Saturday, October 18, 2008 at The Greek Theater in Griffith Park, Los Angeles.

Nicole and Joel just moved into a new L.A. home after spending the summer touring with his band Good Charlotte, and are in the midst of organizing an Oct. 19 walk in L.A. to help end family homelessness. But when they spoke with PEOPLE, what they really enjoyed talking about was their 9-month-old, Harlow Winter Kate.
Here are a few highlights — later in the week, CBB will have additional photos and more of the interview to share!
Nicole: “Harlow’s a delicate soul. She studies people. She’s very coy. People say that she and I make the same expressions. But everyone says she looks like Joel.”
Joel: “I’m cool with it, as long as she doesn’t look like me in a wig when she’s 16. I like that she looks like me — it’s my get-out-of-jail-free card.”
Nicole (on maternal responsibilities): “I think my sense of self is still the same. But I don’t do things, we do things. I work around her.”
Joel: “Nicole is completely dedicated. I do whatever she tells me to do. I’m cool with that. She’s really good with the baby. I’m really good with finances. All of Harlow’s education and all that stuff, I already have planned.”
Nicole (on marriage plans): “When we get married, everyone will know. It will happen when it happens.
Joel (on having more kids): “If it could be as easy as Harlow, sure.”
