Apparently sources say this is a picture taken by the tattoo place in Hamburg, I know a lot of people have been dying to see it so I figured I would post it up. Apparently it really IS Bill. I think it’s safe to say that it is given the red circled area which is something Bill has, right down to the fingernails and the hair, plus the ring, which we’ve all seen Bill wear before. If it proves to be fake I’ll remove it. Page it’s on:
