Last Thursday night Miley was seen at Sushi Dan with Justin and Mandy. Miley and Mandy laughed all the way through the paparazzi to Miley’s car. Last Thursday, Miley was seen picking up drinks with her parents Billy Ray and Tish. Having a bit parents bonding never gets old.
