More recent casting news for James McAvoy on the Conspirator

James McAvoy and Robin Wright Penn are set to star in the Robert Redford-directed “The Conspirator,” the period drama based on true events following the assassination of President Lincoln.

Pic, for which an October start date has been set, marks the first financed by the American Film Co., which is headed by online brokerage entrepreneur Joe Ricketts.

Redford will produce with Wildwood Enterprises’ Greg Shapiro and Bill Holderman and American Film Co. execs Robert Stone, Webster Stone and Brian Falk.

James Solomon penned the script. Redford last directed “Lions for Lambs.”

Wright Penn will play Mary Surratt, the only woman among a group charged with conspiring to kill the president. McAvoy will play Frederick Aiken, an idealistic young war hero who reluctantly defends Surratt and in the process comes to believe she is innocent.

Big news for Kelly Osbourne Online, the future of it’s domain name, plus new updates!

Kelly Osbourne Online is now back and running at a new domain, after having a hacker steal away the previous domain name. Kelly Osbourne Online will no longer be available or reachable through the original domain name KellyOsbourneOnline.com, but many, many thanks to one of my very best friends, Intoxicated Twilight’s fabulous webmiss Natalie (for the domain itself) and the helping hand and calming attitude that I’ve received from Gertie and staff through this ordeal, Kelly Osbourne Online is now open again at it’s brand new domain name Kelly-Osbourne.org!

Legendary actor Patrick Swayze has passed away at the age of 57 after a two-year battle with pancreatic cancer.

According to his publicist, Annett Wolf, “Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months.”

We from Keanu Connection send our thoughts and prayers go out to Patrick’s family and friends.
