In 2008 Freema was part of a 14 part BBC series entitled “Little Dorrit” (based on the Charles Dickens serial novel). The show won seven Emmy Awards and was nominated for a Golden Globe. Freema played Tattycoram, an orphaned girl living with the prestigious Meagle family, for the duration of eight episodes. The show also starred Freema’s Law & Order co-stars Bill Patterson and Harriet Walter – which was quite surreal to watch. Screen captures of two episodes have already been added to the gallery – the rest will follow soon.

Naomi Watts was in attendance at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in New York City yesterday, making an appearance at the runway show and after-party for Calvin Klein’s Fall 2010 collection. She was seen alongside other big-name Hollywood actresses at the show, including her Mother & Child co-star Kerry Washington, and fellow Aussie Isabel Lucas!! Her brother Ben was also there with her. Naomi wore a turquoise sweater dress for the runway show, and changed into a simple yet glamorous strapless grey dress for the party.

Jennifer Lopez will guest-star on an upcoming episode of the CBS comedy How I Met Your Mother. The actress/singer will play Anita Appleby, a no-nonsense author of self-help books that teach women how to “train” men in relationships through the power of denial, according to a description of the episode, scheduled to air in March. When Robin (Cobie Smulders) tells Anita how lothario Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) acts toward women, Anita decides to “break” him.

Isabel Lucas has jetted back into America from Australia, and yesterday appeared at two Calvin Klein events at Mercedez Benz Fashion Week in New York! She was seen on the Front Row for the designers Fall 2010 Collection and also at the After Party, alongside other big-name Hollywood actresses including Naomi Watts and Kate Bosworth. We also have the first photos of Isabel on the set of her new movie, a comedy-musical entitled A Heartbeat Away, taken during the first week of filming this week in Australia.
