The Alice Cullen cutie and her gal pal chuckled amongst one another as they loaded up on all of their household needs as paparazzi followed each and every step of the way.
Quite the busy lady, she’s also readying for an appearance at the upcoming Teen Choice Awards – which are less than two weeks away!
