ITV has just announced that it will be broadcasting the third series of Law & Order: UK starting September 9th, 2010 – so just three weeks from now. Stills for episode 3×01 “Broken” have already been released (none of them featuring Freema though). ITV has also released a press pack with episode synopsis for the first seven episodes. The episode titles are as followed: Broken, Hounded, Defence, Confession, Survivor, Masquerade and Anonymous.

The press pack also features interviews with Bradley Walsh, Jamie Bamber, Ben Daniels and Freema. It’s a nice interview – I posed a few excerpts below – if you want to read the whole thing you can download the ITV press pack [HERE].

What have you been doing since finishing filming?
“I should probably say I have been doing a gruelling one hander at an amazing venue. But in all honesty, my sister had a baby girl just before we finished making Law & Order:UK and I didn’t get to see much of her at all. So since we finished, I have been spending so much time doing my Aunty duties and I adore it!”

“I have been on holiday with my family, spending quality time with my lovely boyfriend and doing lots of horse riding! I am enjoying having a break, and just trying to achieve that work/life balance! We start filming again in October, so come September, I will need to start retraining my body and mind as both will need a bit of a work out!”

What’s been your favourite episode?
“If I was being selfish I would have to say ‘Masquerade’ as you learn more about Alesha. If I was being unbiased, then I would say ‘Defence’ because I loved the mental sparring between James Steel and Rupert Graves’ character. It was utterly engaging to watch the two of them bounce off each other.”

Looks like there will be great story lines coming up for Alesha this year. From the information that has been released, however, I think it’s safe to assume that ITV will only be airing seven of the thirteen episodes in a row. If last year is anything to go by the others will be shown in early January.

I have updated the gallery at Naomie Harris Fan with around 800 new photos- all DVD caps from some of Naomie’s more well known movies. Screen caps from Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest and At World’s End (thank you Claudia for these!) as well as caps from After The Sunset have been added.

I have also been working on the career page. So far I listed all of Naomie’s film and television credits and added a small picture to the side- so you can see what she looked like in that project.
But in the long run I want to have individual pages for each of her projects, where you can find more detailed information like synopsis, quotes, trivia, pictures and videos. So you can look forward to that.

Rachel is still in Paris filming her latest project ‘Midnight in Paris‘. She was seen walking around with a friend, later on she had lunch with him in Jean-George Vongerichten’s Market restaurant . People.com wrote a short article about it. A bunch of photos have been added to our gallery, she looks really beautiful. One of my favorite out & about looks of her so far. You can view the full set in our gallery.

On a break from filming Woody Allen’s Midnight in Paris, Rachel McAdams headed off to dinner with a friend in the City of Light. The actress, who sported a knit cap, peeked in art gallery windows as she walked down Avenue Matignon. Her destination? Jean-George Vongerichten’s Market restaurant right off the Champs-Élysées.

Born in Tarzana, California, and raised in Burbank, Lively grew up in a show-business family: Her father, Ernie, has had a long career as a character actor; her mother, Elaine, is a talent manager; and her older siblings Eric, Robyn, Jason, and Lori are all current or former actors. (Ed. note: Robyn memorably performed a now somewhat iconic rap in the ’80s film Teen Witch.) Five years ago, at the age of just 17, she made her acting debut alongside Alexis Bledel, America Ferrera, and Amber Tamblyn in the sleeper hit The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants (2005), a film about a group of teenage girls who, as groups of teenage girls are wont to do in movies, pass around and each wear a pair of jeans that remarkably fits everyone over the course of one very special summer. Roles in little-seen movies such as Accepted (2006), Elvis and Anabelle (2007), as well as a Traveling Pants sequel (2008) followed.

Recently, though, Lively’s work has taken on a decidedly more ambitious scope. She shared the title role with Robin Wright in last year’s The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, Rebecca Miller’s offbeat drama about a woman in the throes of a midlife crisis who recalls her youth as she sets off to rediscover who she is and what she wants (Lively played the younger version of the character). She also spent four months earlier this year in New Orleans playing the female lead in Green Lantern, Martin Campbell’s reimagining of the masked comic-book superhero whose green ring confers its wearer with certain all-consuming powers. (As comic book aficionados know, there have been several Green Lanterns-the one in Lively’s film is played by Ryan Reynolds.)

It’s been a while since i’ve updated any news on mrhedlund.com

First all – I went to Comic Con in San Diego in July, had a blast there. Also met Garrett !!!

Garrett is currently filming On The Road starring Sam Riley, Tom Sturridge, Kirsten Dunst, Viggo Mortensen, Amy Adams, Kristen Stewart, Steve Buscemi. To be released in 2011. – Had a sneak peak of Dean Moriarty, Garrett’s character in the film and let me just say now, this movie will be amazing!!

Fade In Online has released their new issue online – it has 13 pages – full feature on Garrett Hedlund. This interview has bits to fill up the spaces missing in a puzzle. The interview is in depth and one a fan cannot miss out on!!
