We will still file news for Marion cast/maybe joining under rumors until official word has been confirmed but here are some latest news involving her and the movie:

Gotham City is about to get a French accent. Already set to star Anne Hathaway as Catwoman and Christian Bale returning as the Caped Crusader, the latest Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises, is also welcoming a formidable femme fatale: 2008 Oscar winner Marion Cotillard.

While it still remains to be seen whether the French star, 35, will play a romantic interest or a rival superhero to Hathaway’s character of Selina Kyle – also known as Catwoman – the addition of Cotillard comes as a surprise, reports Monday’s Le Parisien newspaper.

Sources also tell PEOPLE that the La Vie en Rose Oscar winner, who is expecting a baby in April with her French actor-director beau Guillaume Canet, signed onto the Batman project Saturday in Paris.

The Batman movie will also reunite Cotillard with her Inception director Christopher Nolan and costars Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Tom Hardy. Others in the cast include Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman and Gary Oldman.

According to sources, Cotillard will start shooting at London’s Elstree Studios in mid-June, then move on to locations in Pittsburgh and Los Angeles this summer. Filming is expected to wrap in New York in November, with the picture’s release set for July 2012.

Cotillard’s next picture is Woody Allen’s Midnight in Paris, which opens this year’s Cannes Film Festival May 11 – with Cotillard expected on the red carpet.

By then, Bale might also be holding an Oscar of his own: he is nominated – and the frontrunner – as Supporting Actor this year, for The Fighter.

Caine was also ecstatic of word that his Inception costar Marion Cotillard may join the cast of TDKR when shooting gets under way this June at Elstree Studios in London.

“Marion Cotillard is in it? Nobody tells me these things,” the 77-year-old thesp said. “Oh shoot. I didn’t know. Well, Anne Hathaway is Catwoman isn’t she? Well that’s fabulous. Tom Hardy is gonna be great too [as Batman nemesis Bane]. He’s a tough British actor.

The 2in2u – If it feels wrong, it probably is campaign was launched yesterday – on Valentine’s Day. Charlene is a spokesperson for the campaign and was present at the launch. The campaign which has been labeled “groundbreaking” highlights the issue of violence and abuse against young women in dating relationships.

Since 1996, 39 women aged between 18 and 25 years have died violently in Ireland. Of the resolved cases, 53% of women were killed by a boyfriend or former boyfriend.

Irish actress Charlene McKenna, who is starring in the RTÉ drama Raw, said that like a lot of young women she did not associate dating abuse with her age group.

” I think it’s brilliant to bring awareness of dating abuse to young women as it’s not something you associate with our age group and yet it is as prevalent as it is with older people,” she said.

Series three of Raw is over as of now. RTÉ aired the final episode of this series on Sunday. Hopefully there will be another series. Viewing figures were good and so ,hopefully, will be the chances of a fourth series being recommissioned.

Episode six was a great episode. It’s interesting to see how the character of Jojo has changed over the course of three series. The clip of Bobby and Jojo in the video Shane made illustrated that perfectly. It will be interesting to see where they take her character in a new series.

I have added screen captures of the episode to the gallery and for all those of you who haven’t seen the episode and can’t do so on the RTÉ player I have uploaded a video to youtube.

Kate Hudson attended The 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards, held yesterday in Los Angeles.

The actress found herself on the receiving end of a Grammy shout out when her boyfriend – Muse rocker Matthew Bellamy – took to the stage to accept the Grammy for Best Rock Album with his band.

“I’d like to give a special thanks to my beautiful pregnant girlfriend over there,” Matthew said on the Grammys stage, calling the win for the band’s album, “The Resistance,” a “genuine surprise.”

Awww…how sweet from Matt, don’t you think?
