The British beauty – who married James Bond star Daniel Craig last week – will represent the brand for a new campaign shot by Mert Atlas and Marcus Piggott, starting in August.
The shoot took place in a boudoir with a “seductive and sophisticated” feel, according to WWD.
Despite now fronting the Italian fashion house – which has product lines including watches, fragrances, accessories and handbags – ‘Constant Gardener’ actress Rachel has previously admitted she knows little about how to make herself look good.
She joked: “I’m a bit of a wash-and-go kind of girl. I don’t know how to blow-dry my hair, so I never do. I have naturally big, frizzy hair, so I normally have at least two or three hairbands on my wrist.
“I don’t mind not having the blow-dried look – I like a little frizz – and it’s back in fashion, thanks God.” As well as her hair, she also doesn’t take care of her nails unless she has a red carpet event to go to. She said: “I’m not really a manicure person either. That’s just not part of my life. “If I have a red-carpet event, then it gets done and I can make it last a few weeks.”
