With another awards show naming its honorees, the 2011 Film Independent Spirit Awards took place in Santa Monica, California on Saturday afternoon.

Mia looked stunning in Rodarte dress and Nicholas Kirkwood shoes (thanks J.P. for the tip!) as she posed smiling on the red carpet. Even though miss Wasikowska has not won the award, “The Kids Are All Right” has.

Ashley Greene was seen arriving at the Vancouver International Airport in Vancouver on Sunday. Ashley is in town to begin filming the new Twilight movie “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn“.

She certainly isn’t acking when it comes to effort, and Ashley Greene was back out on a rainy day in Los Angeles to continue her endless quest for physical fitness.

The Alice Cullen cutie ventured to the local gym on Friday afternoon, putting in an hourlong sweat session before exiting with a bottle of SmartWater in-hand.

Aside from her strenuous workout endeavors, Miss Greene continues to spend much of her free time alongside “Camp Rock” beau Joe Jonas.

Talking about first meeting the Jonas Brothers rocker, Ashley recently told press:

“We met through mutual friends in London, which is crazy because we both live in LA. We’ve already met each other’s parents, which I think is a good result of the kind of lifestyle we live. He’s sweet and really funny, which is huge for me.”

Ringing in another year, Ashley Greene celebrated her 24th birthday at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas on Saturday.

The Alice Cullen actress was in quite the jovial mood as she joined a group of friends and her “Camp Rock” beau Joe Jonas for the Sin City soiree.

During the course of the festivities, Miss Greene was presented with a huge decorative cake as revelers belted out a rendition of “Happy Birthday” – during which Mr Jonas joined in on the song.

Getting an early start to the weekend New Year’s celebrations, Ashley Greene and Joe Jonas were spotted out clubbing in Hollywood on Thursday night (December 30).

The cute couple ventured over to Premier Nightclub, as they joined fellow revelers including Rachel Leigh Cook for an evening of drinks and conversation at the popular Tinseltown night spot.

The sighting comes as Ashley and Joe stirred up engagement rumors upon arriving to LAX Airport earlier in the week due to Miss Greene’s ring finger jewelry.

Denying any such sudden commitment, the pair have since squashed marital rumors – as the two are still acclimating to their new romance.

Her star continues to rise and Ashley Greene looks mighty fine in the January issue of Cosmopolitan magazine.

The “New Moon” babe, who is dating Joe Jonas, explained that she isn’t a huge fan of marriage just yet.

“I’m indifferent about marriage. I think sometimes people get married so they can say they have that person forever, but a ring doesn’t ensure that you’ll stay together.”

Ashley also noted that she’s open to change on the topic.

“Watch, now that I’ve said that I will be the first of my friends to get married!”

The “Burnin Up” rocker joined his lady friend as she showed support for her “New Moon” costar Kellan Lutz, who stars in the film.

And according to eyewitnesses, Mr. Jonas and Ms. Greene were very affectionate all night, though they still haven’t come clean publicly about their romance.

Getting some fresh air and exercise, Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene were spotted out walking their dogs in Los Angeles today.

The “Lovebug” rocker and the “New Moon” babe looked content as they strolled down the street with a pair of pooches.

In related news, Joe and Ashley narrowly escaped arrest while flying back from Abu Dhabi because they had knives in their possession at the airport. Miss Greene explained,

“We were going from the Middle East to New York, so there was tons of security, tons of screenings. We got through one, surprisingly enough. The second one we got to and they stopped and looked at us with these really stern faces. They were like, ‘What’s in your bag?’ I look at Joe and there are these flashbacks of this knife set we got. They were cheese cutting knives. I look at Joe and I’m like, ‘Did you leave the knives in the bag?’ He’s like, ‘Whoopsies.’ Whoopsies doesn’t cut it. We were going to get arrested!”
