Good news has finally come from the Heath Ledger tragedy. Heath’s 2 year old daughter, Matilda Ledger, is going to inherit his $20 million estate. According to reports, Heath’s father has said: “There is no claim,” Mr Ledger said. “Our family has gifted everything to Matilda.” Awe! We’re so glad, since it wouldn’t have been right for the family to just keep everything.

“The Hills” ’star’ and wannabe singer Heidi Montag is happy that her ex-best friend Lauren Conrad misses her friendship, insisting that she hopes to make up with her one-time friend. The two haven’t spoken since Heidi moved in with boyfriend Spencer Pratt, since Lauren didn’t like Spencer. And not long after, Lauren got pissed after Speidi started spreading rumors about her having a sex tape with an ex-boyfriend

“I was glad to hear it,” the “Overdosin’” singer said. “I thought it was really sweet. That really brought a big smile to my face. Obviously I miss her, and she was my best friend for a really long time. Hopefully one day we will be able to work through this and move on and patch some things up.”

According to the Associated Press, Hayden Panettiere’s father, Alan Panettiere, is being charged with misdemeanor battery for an incident in which he allegedly hit his wife. The “Heroes” star’s father faces up to a year in a Los Angeles County jail if convicted. He was arrested on August 11 on suspicion of striking his wife, Lesley.

At the time, a sheriff’s spokesman said Panettiere was accused of hitting his wife three times with an open hand. The star’s 49-year-old father was later released on $50,000 bail after the arrest. His arraignment will be held in October at a Beverly Hills courthouse. Jail records did not indicate an attorney for Panettiere.

We’re pretty speechless, as you probably are.. Lindsay Lohan is allegedly seeking legal protection from her father, Michael Lohan. His angry rants and outbursts against her and girlfriend Samantha Ronson have left the starlet scared of him.

Michael Lohan, a former convict, has repeatedly been outspoken against his daughter’s relationship with Ronson, a British DJ. He has even gone so far as to describe Ronson as “dark, hideous and a disgusting representation of humanity.”

LiLo hit back at her dad saying that he “needs to be on medication.” Sources are now coming forward to the New York Post claiming that she is seeking legal advice to protect herself.

The insider told the paper, “She is taking out an order of protection. He’s behaving so erratically that she’s terrified he’ll do something to her. She’s contacted her lawyer to arrange this.”

The source also claims that Ali Lohan, Lindsay’s 14-year-old sister, “already has an order of protection against him, as does (mom) Dina. No one is speaking with him until he gets help.”

We got the chance to interview up & coming singer (and the little sister of Lindsay Lohan) Aliana Lohan on September 26th, 2008 (today).

1. Is there currently an official release date for your new album? Can you tell us a little bit about the album, also?

The official date of the album still isn’t fixed but the CD will certainly punish itself already in 2009. Written songs will be on an album through; Kara DioGuardi, my work, and the work of my mom’s friend. The album talks about situations from life.

2. Your sister, Lindsay, is releasing a new album soon also. What do you think about the new album?

I don’t know all the songs but from what I know the album will be Lindsay’s turning point in her entire career. I think Lindsay is amazing!

3. What was it like filming “Mostly Ghostly”? Did you and the cast get along well?

Of course! Mostly Ghostly film is such a Halloween story on the plain funny and unusual cast. Watch Mostly Ghostly on DVD 30.09.2008!

1. Are there currently any plans to release another single from “Waves & The Both Of Us” in the near future?
Yes there is… But I don’t think any time soon, because we are still working on the first one.

2. What’s your favorite food?
Gluten free chocolate chip cookies!!!

3. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I see myself continuing what I am doing now

4. If singing wasn’t an option, what career do you think you would’ve picked?
I believe I would be doing some sort of social work… Working with Planned Parenthood.

5. Are you currently working on any new projects? (albums, etc.)
I am working on writing my next album… I have over 50 songs. I have to start narrowing them down.

6. If you were stranded on an island with 3 people of your choice (famous or non-famous), who would they be?
My boyfriend, my best friend, and her boyfriend! Woo hoo for double dates! Ha

7. What’s the most embarrassing thing that’s happened to you on stage/during a performance?
Oh gosh… I don’t want to relive it.

8. What’s it like touring with Gavin Degraw? Do you guys have a lot of fun together?
He’s great! Everyone in his camp are super nice and very friendly.

9. How has being famous changed your outlook on things?
Well I wouldn’t say I’m famous! I think I may be a little jaded about the industry already though… Only time will tell!

10. If you could say one thing to all of the Charlotte-Sometimes.com visitors, what would it be?

It’s not really Britney’s fault herself, it’s her record labels! But the long awaited release of her new single, “Womanizer“, has been pushed back for another WEEK. This news came today, after the single was supposed to be released on radio stations across the world. How disappointing.. In the words of the people over at Idolator, the track “needs more mixing and editing” before it’s radio ready (read: Britney’s vocals are completely indistinguishable from a robot). Oh well.. Atleast we have the leaked version to hold us over!
