I’ll have the opportunity to attend a meet and greet with Candice Accola and Ian Somerhalder, and because this is probably the only time I’ll ever get to meet her, I’ve decided to put together fan book (similar to a scrapbook) including messages from fans on behalf of my site, Candice Accola Web. My plan is to hand deliver the book to her at the signing. I’d love for you guys to participate by sending her a message! Over at Candice Accola Web, I’ve finally finished uploading the video clips, screencaptures, and stills from episode 2.03 (“Bad Moon Rising”) of The Vampire Diaries! I made way too many caps than I was cut out to sort through, so it ended up taking forever. But everything has been added to the site now!

Candice Accola is featured in the September 2010 issue of Nylon magazine, along with her co-stars Michael Trevino and Sara Canning. Hey guys! I watched X’s & O’s today and sadly Candice Accola only had one scene, but one of her songs, “Our Break Up Song” was actually featured twice, so that was cool! I learned tonight that Candice guest starred in episode 2×20 – “Isn’t It Bro-mantic?” of the ABC Family show Greek last year! She plays a quirky old classmate of Evan; they are reunited when Evan and Cappie embark on a secret-society adventure. I don’t watch the show, so this was definitely news to me. I’ve finally completely the newest addition to our site – our Lyme Disease Awareness mini-site! I think it’s important that we inform everyone that visits CAW of Lyme. I found out about it through Candice’s twitter updates, but now I’m completely invested in trying to spread awareness. Hopefully by having this small awareness site on our network, we’ll be able to reach out to even more people. If you haven’t already done so, please make sure to educate yourself about Lyme Disease! You can start by visiting our site, which can be accessed by clicking on the image below.

Also, if you are a fellow fansite owner (or if you run your own personal website), make sure to add one of our web bands to your site so that you can also spread awareness! It’s really simple. If you need help, please send us an email!

Candice is showing her support for yet another great organization, which I’m sure you’ve heard of, called NoH8! You can find information about the NoH8 campaign at their official website and I’ve added Candice’s campaign photo to our gallery at Candice Accola Web.

I’m not sure when this was released (it could be old news) but it was new to me and the site, so I wanted to make sure and post an update about it!

Candice recently took part in an interview with Liol Magazine and they just posted said interview to YouTube, so make sure to watch it below! She talks quite in depth about how she became aware of Lyme disease and why it’s so important to her to lend her voice and spread awareness. She also discuses a bit about her acting/singing career and how she has enjoyed working on TVD. Check it out!

Candice Accola Web is not only dedicated to providing info/media related to Candice Accola herself, but also in advocating Lyme Disease awareness as well, seeing as it is obviously something that is very important to her.
