Also, thanks to Stephenie Meyer, we now know that the final trailer for Twilight will be released next Thursday, October 9th. There will be a sneak peek on Entertainment Weekly (check your local listings), but here are the details for online:

Immediately following the sneak peak, Summit is letting the fans be the first to see the trailer online in its entirety and share it.

What you need to know:
• You can see the trailer first online before it’s officially released, via the Twilight widget. If you don’t have the widget, you can grab it from the official film site at TwilightTheMovie.com.
• The trailer will be available exclusively via the widget starting at 8:00 PM PST on October 9th for one hour, before launching in HD on MySpace at 9:00 PM PST.
• A countdown clock will be added to the widget shortly, counting down to this highly anticipated event.

We will of course have complete updates.

Kristen Stewart Fan has finally launched the media archive. Many videos have yet to be added, but there are still plenty of clips and trailers for your viewing pleasure. Head on over to check them out!

Also, thanks to the official Italian Twilight website for the info, Kristen will be headed to the Rome Film Festival with Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson and director Catherine Hardwicke on October 30th. They will be premiering an exclusive 15 minute clip and showing behind-the-scenes footage. If anyone happens to be attending, please let us know as we’d love to have your reports.

Kristen Stewart had the following interview for WWDScoop’s “Girls of Fall” article which is on newsstands today.

KRISTEN STEWART
Kristen Stewart didn’t intend to become an actress. She got a call from an agent out of the blue after the then-eight-year-old sang a song in her elementary school’s Christmas show. Her script supervisor mother and stage manager father had some reservations at first: “They were like, ‘Really? This is something you want to do? Because you know what hell this is,’” she remembers. “I guess I was steadfast.” Last year, she was in Into the Wild, as the dreamy hippie who falls for Emile Hirsch’s character. This fall, the 18-year-old is starring as Bella Swan in the film version of the first of Stephanie Meyer’s cult vampire books Twilight.

PRESSURE COOKER: The huge fan base of Twilight has taken Stewart by surprise. “I sort of figured it would always stay like a cult movie, because Catherine Hardwicke directs good indies. It seemed like it would be not that big of a deal. It has turned out to be the opposite.”

SHE GOES HER OWN WAY: Because of erratic shooting schedules, Stewart opted for an independent-study program rather than regular high school, and has put college on the back burner for now. “I have had so many demands put on me in such a structured way my entire life that at this point, I need a minute. I don’t need someone telling me what book to be reading,” says the actress, who also would like to pursue a writing career. “I definitely have a future in academics, but not right now.”

UP NEXT: She’ll be back in cineplexes in Adventureland, a comedy set in 1987 from Greg Mottola, the director of Superbad. After that, she will shift gears to play a 16-year-old stripper in the drama Welcome to the Rileys. “I’m going to be such a goofball stripper,” says Stewart.

The Twilight cast photo shoot with Kristen Stewart for InStyle is unfortunately not in the October issue of the magazine, but we can cross our fingers for November to coincide with the movie release. However, thanks to Lily Collins, we have a high quality preview of the session, as well as a few details:

The whole vibe of the shoot was very eerie and dark and it looked absolutely amazing. The clothes they wore were a mix of avante garde, goth, victorian, and yet modern styles. Everyone looked like they were having a great time and they were each gracious enough to write a little note to us before they left.

In addition to the preview of the magazine spread, we’ve added two photo sessions — one of which we only previously had smaller, tagged versions — now completely high quality and untagged.
