Continuing to add missing high quality screencaptures of Claire Foy in her projects I bring you pictures of feisty Adora Belle Dearheart in the two episodes of Terry Pratchett’s ‘Going Postal‘. What fun it is to watch Claire Foy in this role. Enjoy! I also added screencaptures of all the ‘Going Postal‘ Blu-ray extras featuring Claire Foy. Most of them are only DVD quality however. I deleted the previous captures from the website featurettes because they all had huge SKY tags on them and were now included in the Blu-ray Extras.

I finally added Blu-ray screencaptures of Claire Foy as Erin Matthews in the third part of the gripping drama ‘The Promise‘. This episode doesn’t feature as much footage of Erin but even so her journey gets more exciting. She goes to see Omar at his home by herself and invites him inside Eliza’s home, which leads to trouble and another epileptic fit. Through the diary Erin finds out how her granddad also suffered from those. After connecting with Paul things go further than planned and Erin takes off by herself to occupied Hebron and into the city’s closed off ‘sterile zone’ which of course again leads to trouble. Expect screencaptures from the final and even more tumultuous final episode to follow – enjoy!

As promised, here the screencaptures of Claire Foy as Erin Matthews in the fourth and final episode of ‘The Promise‘. After Paul comes and gets Erin when she’s stuck in Hebron they continue the search for her grandad’s servant and or his family. However, they learn that he moved to Gaza. Paul being unwilling to take her into the warzone Erin asks Omar. When he realizes she plans to return a precious house key to Mohammed he finally agrees to take her. Ending up by herself with relatives of Mohammed Erin faces danger as Israeli soldiers are raiding the house because the family’s daughter was a suicide bomber.

The first pictures of Claire Foy as Helen in ‘The Night Watch‘ have surfaced. It will be previewed on April 4 at the 25th BFI London Lesbian & Gay Film Festival – but the screening is already sold out. No doubt it’ll air on BBC2 soon.

A tale of lost young Londoners whose lives are inextricably linked via their wartime experiences.

We are thrilled to be previewing the television adaptation of Sarah Waters’ masterful fifth novel, now brought vividly to life by the BBC. Set against the backdrop of a London recovering from the devastating effects of the Second World War, The Night Watch is a tale of lost young Londoners, whose lives are inextricably linked via their wartime experiences. Kay, the always brilliant Anna Maxwell Martin (Bleak House), roams the streets, haunted by a great loss in her past, whilst Helen (Claire Foy, Little Dorrit) and Viv (Jodie Whittaker, Cranford) who run a marriage bureau together, face their own relationship dilemmas. Helen obsessively clings to her tempestuous affair with the beautiful Julia as Viv finds herself unable to break free from her married lover. The sexual freedom and independence they enjoyed in wartime is curtailed once more as they are returned to the margins of society, but as each woman strives towards a more hopeful future, they must first come to terms with their actions in the past.
