The final-ever episode of ER airs tonight in the US, and while Goran Visnjic’s character Dr Luka Kovac is not expected to appear, Goran Visnjic Online is marking the show finale with a new layout! Goran joined the show as Luka Kovac in 1999, and quickly became a fan favourite. His character exited the show earlier in this season (season 15) with his on screen wife Abby, played by Maura Tierney.

Both Goran (as Dr Luka Kovac) and Maura (as Dr Abby Lockhart) have been on the show for 10 years. Thankfully the couple had a happy ending

The 15th and final season of ER premieres tonight on NBC in North America! There will be big changes within the show this season, and it has already been confirmed that Goran Visnjic, Maura Tierney and Mekhi Phifer – the show’s 3 leading stars – are leaving. While we do not know which episodes Goran Visnjic will be in, we know that his screen wife Abby (played by Maura Tierney) will be leaving in the 3rd episode, so he might appear before then! If you watch the show please let me know whether Goran is in it!

A trailer for New York, I Love You, the star-studded compilation of 12 short films has been released. It has also been announced recently that the film will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival this year, which runs from September 4th-13th. The current US release date is February 2009.
