Justin Bieber, 15, formally of Stratford, smiles during an autograph session at the Urban Behavior store in White Oaks Mall. Although only 600 wristbans were issued for the session hundreds more gathered outside hoping to catch a glimpse. Bieber is now based in Atlanta where he is recording with Usher. His album “My World” will be released in North American on November 17th.

Taking a page out of the Willy Wonka handbook, Justin Bieber will include special Golden Tickets in select copies of his album My World. The pop star’s debut includes the hits “One Time,” “One Less Lonely Girl,” “Favorite Girl,” and “Love Me.”

“IT’S TRUE!!” Bieber revealed on his Twitter site. “There will be GOLDEN TICKETS in some of my albums…U find the right album you get a PRIVATE CONCERT for u and your friends!!!” My World comes out November 17.
