We finally have the first pictures of Carey as Daisy Buchanan wearing some stunning outfits and looking absolutely gorgeous! I really hope we’ll be able to get more on set photos to get a better glimpse of the film.

Naomi Watts‘s new movie J. Edgar was released in US cinemas yesterday! Naomi co-stars with Leonardo DiCaprio, Armie Hammer and Judi Dench in this high profile drama biopic from director Clint Eastwood.

As the face of law enforcement in America for almost fifty years, J. Edgar Hoover was feared and admired, reviled and revered. But behind closed doors, he held secrets that would have destroyed his image, his career and his life.

Under the direction of Clint Eastwood, Leonardo DiCaprio stars in the title role of “J. Edgar,” a drama that explores the public and private life of one of the most powerful, controversial and enigmatic figures of the 20th century.

Naomi plays J. Edgar’s loyal secretary Helen Gandy, whom Naomi describes as “stoic and strong”, and someone who “stayed true to her word”.

Isla Fisher is in negotiations to join Baz Lurhmann’s 3D adaptation of The Great Gatsby being made by Warner Bros.

Fisher will join Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Carey Mulligan. Ben Affleck is also in negotiations to join the production, which is eyeing a late summer start.

DiCaprio is pegged to play the wealthy and mysterious Jay Gatsby, while Maguire is playing Nick Carraway, who in the novel is the narrator. Mulligan is playing Gatsby’s love, Daisy Buchanan, who is married to a wealthy chap named Tom Buchanan, whom Affleck would play if his deal makes.
